This project involves the conversion of a former motel into a 16-unit apartment building. The scope presented numerous challenges, including compliance with updated energy and building codes, fire safety requirements, and addressing significant deferred maintenance. In addition, comprehensive upgrades were necessary to bring the property up to current standards. Upon completion, the building will house 16 rentable apartment units.
